
The employee shareholding aims at reinforcing the sense of belonging to the France Telecom–Orange Group.
The company has developed its employee shareholding around different systems related to the employee saving plans or to the direct investment in securities of the company through holding registered shares.
Up to now, nearly 80% of the employees are shareholders of France Telecom and hold 4.63%* of France Telecom’s capital (at the end of December 2012).
*according to the employee shareholding definition of the article L.225-102 of French Commercial Code.
