The Group emphasises the responsibility and the integrity of its leaders and its directors, the independence of the members of the board of Directors, the transparency of the information and the respect for the rights of the shareholders.

The Board of Directors ensures the effective management of the Group, while the Executive Committee is responsible for the company's operational management, overseen by the Chief Executive Officer. These two bodies represent the main governance pillars for France Telecom-Orange.

Stéphane Richard has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since March 1, 2011.
