Over and above the Technocenter’s “million-selling” products, such as the Livebox (over 9.7 million in 25 countries), ADSL TV (5.3 million customers in 8 countries) or mobile HD Voice (3.2 million customers in 14 countries), in 2011 over 260 products were launched, among them Cityzi Pass in Nice (contactless mobile services), Orange Money with 3.8 million customers in 9 African countries, and the Contacts Backup app, which has attracted some 3 million customers in 3 countries.
In total, over 25 million Orange multimedia apps have been downloaded in 14 countries. (figures at March 31, 2012)

Every new service is developed in a collaborative project mode with  Technocenter‘s marketing and design teams, and the R&D and network  experts from Orange Labs Networks & Carriers. The pooling of these  various skills speeds up the market release for innovations, giving  customers access to the best products and services, with true priority  given to customer experience.

Eco-design is an important  approach, which Orange has committed to for all of its products. This  approach is carried out with a view to sustainable development, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and managing customer energy bills. Lastly,  the Technocenter also supports accessibility to communication for all,  in particular senior citizens with impairments, and the disabled.
