Orange is the first operator to launch a 4G offer with the 4G Special Edition for business customers in France.
The 4G Special Edition provides a 15 GB data allowance to give customers a completely new experience of very high-speed broadband using the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, and Huawei’s E392 4G key, compatible with 3G+/H+/4G.
Business customers can now take advantage of the best Orange broadband speeds with 4G and H+ in Nantes, Lille, Lyon and Marseille.
The 4G Special Edition is available through all business sales channels, including Orange’s largest stores, its flagships for innovation.
On November 21, Orange announced that it was to make its 4G offers and handsets available to consumers in France from February 2013. With four cities currently covered by 4G (Marseille, Lyon, Lille and Nantes) and with over 60% of the French population having H+ access, Orange looks set to maintain pole position with a head start in terms of the coverage and bandwidth of its mobile network.
it’s changing my life…
I can watch my favorite TV shows live and in high quality on my phone, when riding the bus or train. What’s more, I no longer need to stay cooped up at home to play my favorite online game: I can connect and play everywhere thanks to my 4G phone! When I am filming a friend’s concert live, I don’t have to worry about the size of the video: I can post it directly to my wall, allowing my friends to enjoy the show too. In the café or at the park, I can take the time to video chat with my family: it’s great to be able to see each other when we talk!
