4,500 key stakeholders across the mHealth ecosystem will meet at the 2012 mHealth Summit on December 3-5, 2012 in Washington
Mobile phone adoption has exploded across the globe, spreading more rapidly than any other technology in history. Capitalizing on this growth, mHealth—or use of mobile devices for health purposes—can revolutionize the way in which providers deliver and patients access care, and how all stakeholders use health information to promote well-being, treat disease, support population health and respond to health emergencies around the world.
Conference sessions of the mHealth summit will explore, examine, and debate the ways mobile technology is transforming health care delivery, research, business and policy for the 21st century both in the U.S. and internationally, including developed and developing nations.
Benjamin Sarda, Orange Healthcare Director of Product Marketing, will take part in a panel discussion on the value drivers on mobile health partnerships on Tuesday 4th Dec, 5:00-6:15pm.
This session will provide an overview of successful mobile operator propositions and how mobile and health can jointly achieve long term investment in mobile healthcare.
There are over 800 mobile health products and services around the globe, and increasingly mobile operators are taking a leading role in these solutions. Examples of successful partnership models will be discussed in an interactive panel session.
Orange Healthcare will also present its latest innovations in SIM-enabled electronic healthcards at the GSMA booth, #311. As a global mobile operator involved in the health sector, Orange provides turn key solutions for managing and connecting medical devices and health data, to deliver on Orange’s promise to ‘join up healthcare’.
