Training is one of our priorities. We have
several schools dedicated to specific
job disciplines, such as the Sales Academy, the Sourcing University, the Information
Technology & Network
Campus, and the Marketing Academy. These programmes allow our people to gain
more expertise in their job. When it’s relevant, some training programmes allow
individuals to move to another activity and remain in the group.
•
We identify our talent, and set up specific programmes
to ensure they will be
part of the next generation of “Orange Leaders”. Among those programmes, Orange
Telecom Talents is designed to
recruit
the best engineers eager to enter a dynamic industry and face exciting challenges.
•
In 2007, we opened management schools in Spain, Jordan,
United Kingdom, France
and Poland. 30,000 managers are being trained to share a common management model
throughout the group, and help increase specific skills such as leadership, performance
appraisal and negotiation.
•
We firmly believe that the diversity of our teams is a key
element in the expansion
of our business. Promoting pluralism and targeting diversity through recruitment
and career management contribute to innovation, effectiveness and the quality
of our labour relations. We signed the business diversity charter in 2004, along
with other leading French and multinational companies, and this commitment is
embodied in two major programs: the promotion of gender equality and employment
of disabled workers
• If you have an idea, a project or a passion,
we value and support
your entrepreneurial
spirit. Since April 1998, 1,300 businesses have been created or purchased, enabling
more than 3,000 staff to experience a new adventure in France and abroad.
