how to vote?

Shareholders, who are unable to attend personally the meeting, have to return to the company the voting form joined to the meeting notice which allows you either:

to cast an absentee voting,
to have yourself represented by your spouse or another shareholder or a legal or natural person,
to give the Chairman the authority, without indicating a proxy's name.

To receive this ballot*, your request must be received by the issuer in its head office, at the latest 6 working days before the day of the general meeting; shareholders must return the completed document to the company (using the envelope provided), which has to be received at the latest at 3pm on the working day before the meeting. This ballot is valid for any meeting convened on the same agenda. In any case, bearer shareholders will have to send back the "voting form" and the certificate for participation.

* it is recommended to the shareholders to anticipate their request for the voting form in order to prevent any problems with reception delays.

how to vote online?

France Telecom provides to its shareholders (before the general meeting) with an access to a secure and bilingual website that enables them to: request an admission card, cast an absentee voting, give authority to the Chairman, or appoint their spouse or another shareholder as proxy.

for shareholders with shares owned on a "pure registered" basis: ensure that you have your ID and password enabling you to consult your account on the PlanetShares website, then log into the dedicated voting website and follow the instructions shown onscreen.
for shareholders with shares owned on an "administered registered" basis: your ID number and password will be indicated on your invitation letter. Log into the dedicated voting website and follow the instructions shown onscreen.
for shareholders with shares owned on a"bearer" basis: contact your financial institution and ask them to provide you a certificate for participation (for the maximun quantity of securities held), specifying your email address. Your ID and password will then be sent to your email. Log into the dedicated voting website and follow the instructions shown onscreen.
