France Telecom files its 20-F annual report with the SEC

On June 25, 2007, France
Telecom filed its annual report on Form 20-F for
the year 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Form 20-F
presents supplemental disclosures required under US GAAP and SEC regulations
applicable to France Telecom, including a reconciliation of France Telecom's
consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS to US GAAP.
