Stéphane Rougeot appointed Group Controller

As of September 1st 2007, Stéphane Rougeot is appointed Group Controller.
Stéphane Rougeot reports directly to Gervais Pellissier Senior Vice President
in charge of finance and Spain operations. Stéphane Rougeot coordinates
controllers of countries, areas and Orange Business Services who report to him
by delegation.
Stéphane Rougeot joined Orange Business Services in 2003 as head of
Strategy and Business Development for Equant, then head of Partner Channel sales
for Orange Business Services. From 1998 to 2003, Stéphane Rougeot was
successively Director for Investor Relations, Chief of the president's cabinet
and Director for Corporate Communication of Thomson. Previously, he held several
positions at the Finance Direction of Total, in management control and project
finance. Stéphane Rougeot is graduated of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris
and holds a DEA of International Finance from Paris-Dauphine University.
