Orange will withdraw its offer following the Supervisory Board meeting of Le Monde

Out of respect for the Board of Administrators of Le Monde, Orange, as well as its partner Le Nouvel Observateur, has accepted that its offer is maintained until the Supervisory Board meeting of Le Monde, which will be held later today.
Orange and Le Nouvel Observateur had previously agreed to withdraw their offer following this meeting in the case of a negative vote by the Société des Rédacteurs of Le Monde. This decision stands regardless of the decision that is taken during the Supervisory Board meeting.
