within the framework of its good governance, France Telecom improve constantly the quality of its relations and its communication to the individual shareholders. To complete the existing structure, France Telecom created, on 2009, a committee of analysis and benchmark of the individual shareholding (CABAI)
CABAI is a consultative organ which has to analyze different practices in shareholding communication and to think about innovative solutions (information media, general meeting and others events).
CABAI is consisted by 13 members selected by France Telecom for their experience and knowledge in this domain. It met four times on the 2009 first quarter and its works mainly concerned on the individual shareholders website, general meeting, the shareholder's letter and the annual report.
