What is the CABAI ?It is the committee for analysis and benchmark of individual shareholding (CABAI) which is the shareholders committee of France Telecom – Orange. Created in 2008, the CABAI enables the improvement of the quality of the relationship and communication towards its individual shareholders. It is composed of 13 members who are selected by the Group based on their experience and their knowledge in this domain. It is solicited as a consultative organ on the practice in shareholders’ communication and to propose innovative solutions (information media, general meeting and other events). Its activities are mainly focused on the individual shareholders website, the general meeting, the shareholders’ letter and the annual report.
