In Guinea Bissau, the group offers mobile services. Orange Business
Services also provides business communication solutions and services.
A concession contract has been signed by Guinea Bissau with Sonatel on December
2006. Sonatel is authorized to operate internationally, locally, and to offer
IP connection services. Sonatel started its commercial operations in the country
under the Orange brand at the end of the first semester in 2007. As a proof of
its innovative spirit and its quality of servie, Sonatel has obtained its third
mobile license for a renewable 10-year period.
the group's ambition is to contribute to the development of telecommunications
in Guinea Bissau.
