In Vietnam, the Group is present through the subsidary company FCR Vietnam.

A Business Cooperation Contract has been signed with VNPT, the Vietnamese Post and Telecommunications operator to establish a unique partnership. The contract calls for the construction of 540,000 lines on the east side of Ho Chi Minh province over a period of 7 years.

The Group and FCR Vietnam are bringing their full support to VNPT to make it the leading telecom operator in southeast Asia. They are providing the services and environment needed to both extend the network and set up new services. Management is being strengthened while marketing capabilities are expanding, as a new corporate culture emerges to adapt to the competitive, deregulated environment that is reshaping the global telecommunications industry.

They will have to rapidly adapt to the strong market demand, provide a good quality of service, and develop long-term solutions to accelerate and manage network expansion.
