market through Mobinil, of which France Telecom is the main shareholder. The Cairo
Orange Labs will focus on preparing for convergence for the coming years in the
region, in partnership with universities and authorities in charge of ICT development.
The headcount for the Orange Business Services center in Cairo will rise to 1,500
people.
This is the largest Orange Business Services center and is supporting Orange
Business Services' multinational customers, including a large portion of Fortune
500 companies. In Egypt alone, Orange Business Services is serving approximately
150 local and foreign multinational companies, as well as around 50 airlines.
