Muriel Pénicaud  (aged 56) has been Vice President Human Resources of Danone with responsibility for societal innovation since 2008, and a member of the Executive Committee. She began her career in 1985 with the French Ministry of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training.
Between 2002 and 2008 she was Executive Vice President of Dassault Systèmes, in charge of organization, human resources and sustainable development. She is co-author of the report presented to the French Prime Minister on "Well-being and efficiency at  work" (2010).
