| Stéphane Richard Date appointed: June 9, 2010, for a four-year period expiring at the close of the meeting of the annual s hareholders’ meeting approving the fi nancial statement of the fi nancial year ended on. (48 years old) joined the France Télécom Group in September 2009 and was named Deputy CEO in charge of operations in France on 5 October 2009. He then became CEO Delegate on 1 January 2010 and CEO of France Télécom on 1 March 2010. Previously and since 2007, Stéphane Richard was Chief of Staff for the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment. From 1992 to 2003, he was Deputy to the Chief Financial Officer of Compagnie Générale des Eaux, CEO of Compagnie Immobilière Phénix and President of Compagnie Générale d’Immobilier et de Services, now Nexity. In 2003, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Veolia Environnement and CEO of Veolia Transport. From 2003 to 2007, he was a board member of France Télécom. Stéphane Richard graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales and Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA). As at the date of this Report [notice of Combined General Assembly 2010], Stéphane Richard held 52,039 shares of the Company.
