a blog to get your head and arms moving! The upstream players are centre stage, now and after the sessions. From 21 July, they will be able to share their friends’ and family adventures by posting their photos, videos and comments on the blog www.bouge-tes-crampons.fr and on major social websites (Dailymotion.com, Facebook, etc…). With this programme, Orange hopes to promote sport and encourage creative initiatives among youth via a collaborative web. It’s a way of giving young people an unforgettable experience, and creating a buzz to boot.
Orange and the youth insertion policyA key objective of Orange's diversity programme is to get youth into employment and this is borne out by many national and local programmes. Orange is a signatory to the Plan Espoir Banlieues, which supports "Second Chance" schools and is the main contributor to the Cercle Passeport Télécoms in terms of the number of tutors helping young people in disadvantaged areas to succeed in their studies. Orange is also positioning itself as the partner of choice in the national deployment of "We Have Talent" initiative born in St-Denis, which is highly effective in helping young graduates find jobs. More than 150 Orange managers in the Île de France and Rhône-Alpes are already involved in this initiative. Orange is also attracting more than 4,500 work-study placements a year as well as many 3rd year technical young people (some 2,000 courses a year).
