This award highlights individual shareholders’ appreciation of the means that the Group continuously employs to extend its communication and listening tools: upgrading its website  www.orange.com/en_EN/finance/shareholders, increasing the frequency of its webzine, enriching the interactive version of paper media, etc…
A great encouragement to go further together.

Boursoscan 2010: What is it?
For nine years Boursorama and OpinionWay have been measuring web-based shareholders expectations when it comes to listed companies’ online communications. This 9th edition highlights shareholders’ expectations of listed companies’ international and sustainable development policies. The 2010 edition of the survey has shown:
The internet has become an essential tool for portfolio management.
Listed companies’ websites are an indispensable tool for communicating with shareholders and investors.
Issuers’ websites are reference points for web users.
In volatile times such as these, web users demand clear, objective and comprehensive information.
However, companies still need to work on some aspects of their image: The web users surveyed expressed positive opinions on the international sustainable development policies of 39 of the companies evaluated but only 6 of these were seen as having a proper sustainable development policy.
