For the second year running, France Telecom Orange has been recognized for the transparency of its financial information in the 2011 transparency awards for listed companies. On October 5, the Group received the award for accuracy, one of the four pillars for transparency in financial information.

Organized by Labrador and the HEC finance club in 2011, these awards aim to showcase the best practices for regulated financial reporting and measure the efforts made each year by issuers in terms of financial transparency. An independent scientific committee validated the 85 criteria reviewed (versus 70 in 2010) in order to objectively evaluate the transparency of four information resources:
reference document
half-year financial report
quarterly disclosures
financial section into the corporate website
