
After acquiring a 51% stake in Telkom Kenya’s capital in November 2007, the Group
is launching its mobile business under its Orange brand in Kenya.
For several years now, France Telecom has been dynamically developing its presence
in Africa in line with its ambition to be the leading operator. Present in 15
countries on this continent, from Mali to Madagascar, Egypt and Equatorial Guinea,
today it is signaling its presence in eastern Africa through Kenya, writing a
