Orange arrives in Luxembourg

October 28, 2009 -  Orange arrives in Luxembourg.  This will bring innovative products, a high performance network, professional customer care and a new customer experience in the Orange shops to the Luxembourg market.
On May 2007. Mobistar acquired 90% of the shares of VOXmobile, on November 2008, VOXmobile became a 100% subsidiary of Mobistar. And now, VOXmobile is entering into a new era by rebranding to Orange.
Adopting another brand is not just about changing the color or replacing the neon signs outside the shops; it’s much more. Rebranding to Orange means entering into a new era, being different, and also benefiting from the experiences, the know-how, platforms and tools of an international brand which is present in 30 countries and serves 186 mill. customers.
Orange believes that we can all be more and do more as individuals, through our relationships and interactions with others. We believe in the power of community. Orange believes that “together we can do more”.
In line with the vision, mission and values of the brand, Orange performed a comprehensive transformation to all the touch points that Orange has with its customers, partners and employees.
Coming on to the evolution within Customer Care, Orange Luxembourg will respect the high quality levels expected. The customer will have the choice to be served in one of the 5 languages offered, which are Luxembourgish, German, French, English and Portuguese.
On the Orange website www.orange.lu, , all our customers can find a section with a range of frequently asked questions as well as a dedicated page called My Account”, where they can download content (videos, logos..), subscribe to news or weather services, check their emails or consult their bill in real time.
Corporate customers will also benefit from a dedicated call center and a special section on the  web site.

Today, Orange Luxembourg has 8 own shops and 8 partner’s shops and the prepaid cards and refills are sold in more than 400 resellers stores throughout the country. New shops are coming soon in order to be closer to the customer throughout the whole of Luxembourg
