Facilitating parenting within the business means helping fathers and mothers
to fulfill their potential by helping them to reconcile their professional and
family lives.
The Group, already committed to respecting gender equality in the workplace,
has decided to continue along this path by signing the company parenting charter
on April 11.
In concrete terms, Orange is committing on three points: developing representations
linked to parenting within the business, creating a favorable environment for
parent-employees (and pregnant women) and respecting the principle of non–discrimination
for the professional development of parent-employees.
The work environment represents one of the key factors for enabling all of our
talents to express the best of themselves, and the Group is determined to create
the best conditions promoting the fulfillment of its staff with families, both
now and in the future.
Just like Orange, around 20 businesses have signed this charter, including L'Oréal,
HR Valley and Equilibres, as well as Adecco, Alstom, Areva, Carrefour, Corus France,
AXA, AT Kearney, Bain & Compagny, BCG, Bouygues, Cari, Catalyse Marketing, CJD,
Ernst&Young, Keyrus, SFR, PSA, Randstad, Schneider Electric, Suez and Total.
