in Romania relaunch party at the Orange concept store in Bucharest
The last 23 May took place Orange concept store relaunch party in a new décor.
The evening’s special guest was DJ Benoît Cassar, resident of Buddha Bar Paris, who was mixing live in Romania for the first time. The participants, famous people from arts and culture, from the media and advertising world, enjoyed contemporary dance numbers and the bartenders’ show. The atmosphere was animated by interactive image projections and continuous light displays.
Participants had a chance to discover the Orange concept store décor’s new elements. One of these is a digital art exhibition on the ground floor, organised together with 115 Art Gallery. The gateway to broadband is also on open the ground floor for visitors who wish to test-drive Orange high-speed mobile internet services.
The upstairs, now more open and spacious, can welcome about 250 people and is designed to host concerts, theatre plays, conferences and other public events. One of the permanent projects hosted by the Orange concept store is “ImproVizat”. Here, every Thursday evening, theatre lovers can attend comedy shows put on by young artists. In addition, visitors can also relax in the upstairs lounge bar, sitting on comfortable sofas. During events, Orange employees are at hand to provide assistance or information in relation to the company's products and services.
“A concept store needs to freshen up regularly. So far, it’s been redecorated differently every season, using themes adapted to the events that took place here. Now, nearly 2 years from the store’s grand opening, a total overhaul was required to abide by the latest design trends. We changed the products and services area, to offer those who wish to test Orange solutions more comfort. In addition, we’ve expanded and redecorated the upstairs events area in a more attractive fashion”, said Razvan Vasilescu, Head of Events and Sponsorship at Orange Romania.
A website was also relaunched on this occasion, with photos and information about the store, events schedules and a new section, a blog dedicated to those who frequent this space.
