in Romania, Orange encourages its customers to share their opinion on the products offered in its online store

11 February, 2010 - In Romania, after asking for user feedback when creating its online store, which led to major advances, Orange is now encouraging them to share their opinions on the products which can be found there. Customers and visitors can post their comments on the different models of phones and laptops, read those already online, vote on the ones they consider to be most interesting, put their questions to Orange’s experts and receive answers on the products they are interested in.

The “share” feature is also available, making it possible to transfer the content from each product fact sheet to the main social networks such as Yahoo Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, My Space and De.li.cious. In this way, users can immediately share the launch of a new product or the posting of information online that they are interested in with their friends.
All of the opinions posted represent a tool enabling visitors to make the best purchasing decision based on recommendations from other users, all enhanced with opinions on the products and answers given to web users by Orange’s experts.
To reward the most active contributors, Orange is offering them discount vouchers for the online store based on a points system.
Depending on the number of points built up, contributors will be in one of the following levels: junior, trainee, senior or specialist. The value of these discount vouchers depends on the level achieved. The number of vouchers awarded for each level is indicated on the site at the start of each week.
