in France, Orange Business Services and Syntec informatique present the 5th “trophées de l’innovation” awards

The trophées de l’innovation awards represent an annual competition focused on new uses for IT and innovative business communication solutions and applications. This year, the fifth innovation awards will be open for entries from March 18 to June 17, with the awards ceremony planned for October 21, 2009 (date and location to be confirmed).

This competition is open to French companies from the software and IT services industry: IT service providers, software publishers and other types of IT services, whether or not they are members of Syntec informatique.

The innovation awards enable the businesses taking part to showcase their innovative applications (in terms of both technologies and uses) thanks to the partnership between Syntec informatique, Orange Business Services and La Tribune.

Barbara Dalibard, Orange Business Services’ Executive Vice President, and Jean Mounet, Syntec informatique’s Chairman, confirmed when presenting the awards: “Since innovation lies at the heart of our business and our common concerns, we are committed to rewarding innovative solutions designed by IT service providers and software publishers, encouraging their development.
