conquests 2015: a project based on four strategic directions
The achievement of the 2006-2008 NExT plan (New Experience in Telecoms) confirms the success of France Telecom-Orange's profound business transformation. Today, the Group operates in a rapidly changing ecosystem, anticipated in large part and addressed by the NExT strategy supported by the implemented organisation.
The 5 July, 2010, Stéphane Richard, Chief Executive Officer of France Telecom-Orange unveiled his Group-wide industrial project: a five-year action plan, called "conquests 2015". Through "conquests 2015", Orange is simultaneously addressing its employees, customers, shareholders but also, more generally, the society in which the company operates. Its commitment to these stakeholders is expressed through concrete action plans.
