Orange joins higher education institutions to develop research

For the third year, Orange takes part in the Innovation & Regulation in Digital Services Chair, launched with the Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech in 2007. This Chair contributes to the development and the animation of a theoretical work of reference. Together, they intend to develop competences and research in this matter, to understand and analyze its bases in economic theory.

 

The Chair aims to stimulate academic debate on the themes of innovation and regulation in the digital economy by offering public events with French and foreign players.

 

It also advances research in these areas by studying the impact of information technology and communication in various fields, such as health.

 

Finally a Master of Education opened in September 2009 with 38 students : Network Industries and Digital Economy.
