Orange wholesale excellence is recognised by customers at PTC 2011

Among the 2011 Awards for Global Wholesale Excellence delivered by ATLANTIC-ACM, a leading telecommunications and information industry research firm, Orange has won the Network and Voice Value Award at PTC 2011. It rewards the quality of the network and of the associated customer service, a recognition we share with the teams of IBNF.

 

The award is based on 1,694 individual ratings of global telecommunications carriers by their wholesale customers. The survey covering the last months of 2010 was conducted among the 18 largest international wholesale service providers with respondents representing not less than 76 countries. This award is a new recognition of Orange bringing value and innovation to the customers.
