Improving the organization and quality of care, while offering more comfort and safety for patients and reducing costs: these are challenges that hospital management teams sometimes find hard to reconcile. Today, the new technologies grouped together under the “e-healthcare” banner represent one of the major tools for combining these objectives.

That is why Orange is announcing the launch of Connected Hospital, its first “e-healthcare” offering, designed to improve patient comfort and the quality of their care. The new range of Connected Hospital services offer global and modular solutions, ranging from telecommunications equipment for patient rooms to security systems, if required, while modernizing the care offering and organization of medical teams, and offering a better welcome for the public at the site.
Connected Hospital also represents a major source of savings for the facility. Connected Hospital has been designed in line with the 2012 Hospital plan in France, which has introduced subsidies for hospitals that are equipping themselves with IT resources and services relating to the quality of patient care and comfort.
