On May 6, 2010, France Telecom-Orange signed two agreements with the CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC and SUD trade unions, representing 62% of the valid votes during the last professional elections:
an agreement on the assessment and prevention of psycho-social risks;
an agreement on the improvement of  social dialogue.

An agreement was also signed with the CFDT, FO, CFTC and SUD trade unions – representing 64% of the valid votes during the last professional elections – for payment of a supplementary 600 euros profit-sharing by employee for the year ended December 31, 2009.

The agreement on the prevention of psycho-social risks, which applies the National Inter-professional Agreement on stress, contains mainly the following points:

a National Committee of Prevention of stress will be created, on which labour unions, management and prevention advisors will sit, with the following missions:
- to oversee the employee survey process,
- to make recommendations for a multiannual action plan for prevention of stress within the France Telecom group,
- to monitor stress measurement indicators (e.g. absenteeism rate, number of assaults at the workplace, of medical visits, of employees on sick leave, etc.), and
- to discuss the future social barometer, its results and the indicators of social performance;
an analysis of psycho-social risks will be realized systematically in relation with the occupational health services and the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committees (CHSCT) during each project of evolution;
training and actions of sensibillization programs in this field will be provided to all parties (managers, HR, employee representatives, etc.);
