With services making their day-to-day easier and still the best network for surfing on the move, Orange is taking a further step today by launching offers and smartphones which are open to everyone for the summer.

Android smartphones at low prices for all
For customers taking out an Origami "version plus" plan, Orange is offering smartphones at highly affordable prices. In this way, before the summer, customers will be able to choose from:

" a selection of smartphones for €9, including the Samsung Galaxy Naos or the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini
" the best top-of-the-range smartphones for €49, with the HTC Desire or the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10
And for those with a smaller budget, for all special edition Quiksilver Smart plans taken out, Orange is offering: - Android smartphones for €9: the Samsung Galaxy Spica, the LG Optimus GT540 or the Tactile Internet - and a dedicated mobile, the Sony Ericsson Quiksilver Phone for €19.

From June 10, Origami "version plus" is available with a promotional offer for six months at the price of Origami for customers who kit themselves out with one of these smartphones (with a 12 or 24-month commitment), representing:
- a monthly discount of €14 on Origami zenplus plans
- a monthly discount of €11 on Origami starplus or firstplus plans.

And for young people or customers with a smaller budget, Orange is launching the new special edition Quiksilver Smart plan: for €24 a month (with a 24-month commitment), it includes all-inclusive credit representing one and a half hours of calls (in France, excluding special numbers), unlimited texts 24-7 and up to 200 MB of internet use (equivalent to 2,000 web pages visited).

At the end of 2009, the French post and electronic communications regulator (ARCEP) confirmed that Orange offers the best 3G/3G+ coverage in France.
