The Orange graduate programme, created in 2002, is an attractive recruiting programme for high-potential graduates of the best international engineering and business schools.

Candidates should apply by visiting the dedicated Orange graduate programme site (www.orange.com/graduateprogramme) and submitting their online application by 31 January 2011.

The chosen candidates will take part in a multi-step process of initial selection tests and phone interviews with an Orange team member. The best candidates will then be invited to an Assessment Center in Paris from 22 to 24 March 2011 and then to the final recruitment day on 7 April 2011 (interviews for the jobs to be filled).

For the first time, this year's Orange graduate programme is offering candidates two new interactive ways to get in touch:
A Facebook page, which will be used to answer the candidates' questions and give them information on the programme and its promotion in schools. The page will also host informal discussions among Facebook members and a few Group employees who were recruited through previous editions of the Orange graduate programme.
A chat session on www.orange.com, where candidates can ask a Group Human Resources manager any questions they may have.
