Orange is including unlimited calls to all mobiles in its internet offers

As of 1st February, the Orange Open range will include unlimited calls to all mobiles from the Livebox
With Open 24/7, Orange is the first operator to produce a quadruple play offer with unlimited calls to all mobiles from both a box and a mobile
Orange is also offering unlimited calls to mobiles from the Livebox for its triple play offers as €3 option

After breaking new ground a year ago by introducing calls to mobiles from the Livebox (1 hour per month), Orange once again confirmed its leading position last summer by launching the Open quadruple play range with unlimited calls to 4 mobile numbers as well as one hour to all mobile numbers.
In late December 2010, more than 300,000 customers had already chosen an Orange Open offer.
As of 1st February 2011, Orange will be going even further with its new Open range, which includes unlimited calls to mobiles from the Livebox (as of Open 1).

As of 1st February 2011, Orange is including unlimited calls to all operators' mobile phones from the Livebox in its Open 1, Open 2, Open 3 and Open 24/7 offers. Customers will thus enjoy unlimited numbers of calls to all operators' mobiles and fixed lines in mainland France and to fixed lines in more than 100 destinations.

With Open 24/7, customers will enjoy unlimited numbers of calls from their mobiles as well as from the Livebox for € 114.90 per month. Orange is the only operator to offer 100 % unlimited calls to mobiles.
Open 24/7 also includes unlimited calls from a mobile to all fixed lines in mainland France, Europe, North America and the Maghreb.

The new Open range on 1st February 2011

The new Open range from Orange, which is built around 5 offers, will allow customers to make the most of all the richness of digital living in all simplicity and with a single contract, a single bill and unique customer service.
The rates given in the table below are valid for a 24 month commitment. The offer – which requires no fixed line contract – is also available with a 12 month commitment (+€6 per month).
Orange Open does, however, require a Livebox (€3 per month).

Orange is also offering the new Open mini at €49.90 for customers with moderate numbers of calls to mobiles. It includes one hour of calls to mobiles in addition to unlimited calls to fixed lines in mainland France and over 100 destinations using the Livebox, internet up to 20 mega and also Orange TV. The customer also receives a one hour mobile pack with unlimited SMS’s to all operators.

a new option for unlimited calls to mobiles for triple play
Triple play customers who want to will also be able to benefit from unlimited calls to mobiles using their Livebox by signing up, by 15th February, to a €3 per month option available for Orange’s two flagship packages, Net Plus and Formule Plus, as well as for the Fibre offers.
And don't forget that Net Plus, Formule Plus, limited series, Fibre and Fibre Premium customers automatically benefit from one hour of calls to mobiles in mainland France in addition to unlimited calls to fixed lines in mainland France and more than 100 destinations.
