Orange launches a new range of all-inclusive fixed line offers

On 9 February, Orange will update its fixed line packages and release 3 all-inclusive offers: Optimale for fixed and mobile.

With this simple and complete range of commitment-free offers, customers can choose from among three different calling packages:  2h (€19.90/month), 4h (€ 25.90/month) or unlimited¹ (€ 39.90/month). With all three packages, subscribers can make calls to fixed lines in France, including VOIP numbers, mobiles in mainland France and fixed lines in more than 100 international destinations (list of countries available at www.orange.fr) .

All Optimale packages for fixed lines and mobiles include a subscription to an Orange fixed line and 3 other services (call transfer², caller ID and call signals).

Orange's decision to update its fixed line offers is proof that the Group seeks to support all of its customers' communications habits. Subscribers can stay in touch with their friends and families at all times, whether they are at home or on the go. The reliability of Orange's fixed lines offers them peace of mind as they chat.

Customer can subscribe to one of the offers by calling 1014 or 3000 (free from an Orange fixed line), by logging onto www.orange.fr or by visiting an Orange shop.
 


Following on from the development of the Orange brand in recent years, and in order to provide customers with greater simplicity, the fixed line offers which have been sold under the France Telecom brand will become Orange offers in February 2012. Customers will continue to enjoy the same high-quality service and will have access to the best of Orange's offers and innovations, including Cinéday³. Customers will receive Orange invoices starting on 1 March 2012.

Starting on 9 February, all Orange fixed line customers will be able to use the Orange Cinéday offer, a buy one get one free deal on tickets at participating cinemas every Tuesday. Customers can get their promotional code by calling 3000. One million people have already taken advantage of Cinéday since it was launched in May 2011.

More than 12,000 maintenance technicians, 11,000 customer service representative and 720 Orange shop advisors are available to help customers use new digital technologies in their everyday lives.

Offers subject to conditions, valid in mainland France from 9 February to 4 April 2012, subject to eligibility and technical compatibility, customers must have a compatible terminal. Calls beyond the package limits will be billed on the basis of the applicable rates.

¹  Offer not compatible with three-way conversation service. Unlimited towards fixed lines and mobiles, up to 250 contacts per month and a maximum of 3 hours per call. Excluding any restrictions imposed by the mobile operators called.
²  Activation cost for each call transfer: € 0.11.Customers are responsible for the calls transferred from their home and will be billed in line with their subscribed package.
³ Offer subject to conditions and valid in mainland France.
