we believe in the professional development of our employees
To support our employees in these changes and to help them fulfil their potential, we are implementing numerous training schemes designed and developed by our internal training schools. We are also developing partnerships with external training organisations, so as to offer a wider range of high-level certified training courses. Within our development facilities, our employees benefit from the help of specially-trained advisors in formulating their career plan. Since its creation up to the end of 2008, more than 33,000 employees in France have benefited from the support of the development facility.

we promote a new social contract
The management of the Group in France has launched a comprehensive plan to build a new social contract. Everything is based on three focal points: negotiations with social partners, an inventory of working conditions and meetings on the restructuring of the Group   interactive debates involving all our staff. This plan of action is completed by the strengthening of various existing methods of listening and discussion as well as through the recruitment of local human resource managers and company doctors.
