Our 2008 results allowed employees to benefit from several schemes which signal the Group’s wish to share in the company’s success.

Next reward is a programme to give free shares to staff designed to recognise employee’s contributions to the Group’s good results and to share in the value that they have helped to create over 2007 and 2008.

1. It is a collective recognition programme based on equality and consistency across the Group.
2. It is based on a unifying symbol of employee membership in our Group: the France Telecom share.
3. Its scheme takes diversity into account by being available to every employee, wherever they are in the world, i.e. 175,000 employees in 80 countries.

next reward’s award
In November 2008, Orange was awarded the Employee Share Ownership Prize by the French Federation of Employee Share Ownership Associations (FAS) to recognise the wealth of resources put in place to develop employee share ownership.
