The questions of security, for both the Group and its customers, come under the expertise of a telecommunications operator, requiring a specific action plan. Applied to the entire Group, our Global Security Policy (GSP) covers three domains: information security, health and the security of individuals and environmental security.
This policy is deployed thanks to a Security Management System (SMS), based on the standard ISO 27001 (for information security management). It allows us to determine the actions to be taken for the identified risks. The actions taken as part of the SMS are presented and reconciled by our Group Security Department. A member of the management committee then ensures its proper consideration in all the entities of the Group.

Our customers expect us to protect their data. To guarantee their integrity and confidentiality is thus an essential matter. Among other measures, we include the protection of the data which are entrusted to us in our work contracts and we restrict access to our databases. A representative responsible for the protection of our clients' private data and a work team dedicated to the same topic identify the new risks and provide the appropriate responses. Orange Assistance site (security and prevention section), is dedicated to persons and Network and SI – Orange Business Services security, the Orange Business Services security blog designed for security professionals,are both available to provide advice and recommendations to our customers regarding their data protection.
