Orange Mauritius launched NetPC in 2008. For less than 12€ a month, persons unable to buy a computer have access to Microsoft Service software and high speed Internet with a simple screen.

Orange has established a team of stakeholders, made up of disabled customers, associations and employees. The Accessible Communication Team (TACT) meets twice a year to discuss the best ideas for products to be implemented and to develop a culture of accessibility within the company.

Thus, the Internet pack "Hello", made up of an all equipped pre-configured computer, an intuitive welcome screen and high performance Internet access, brings a simple answer to the expectations of senior citizens. Another example: Orange offers the mobile phone Doro PhoneEasy 345, equipped with large spaced out keys and with big characters which make its use easier. This handset also has a special key which allows users to contact 24/7 the teams of  Mondial Assistance.
