The Group's environmental policy is based on two priorities: the reduction of our environmental impacts and the development of efficient products from an environmental point of view. In order to spread our policy, we have established environmental guidelines, which resume the regulatory obligations and voluntary steps of the telecommunications area. The Group's Environmental Department assures the management of our policy, and is assisted in its mission by environmental correspondents, located in the countries where we are present.

The installation of an environmental management system, based on the ISO 14001 standard in all our entities, contributes to achieving our policy's objectives. The project managers, responsible for the deployment of the EMS in our subsidiaries, have tools and methods in order to facilitate and evaluate their actions.
