people in the group bring our brand to life in products and services, and
in their interactions with our customers. We want to look after our staff, treat
them well and help them get the most from their careers with Orange.
We have improved our business structure by making it a country-based organisation,
which unifies our businesses in each country, where they had been separate before.
This change, carried out under the Orange brand in a number of countries, is rallying
staff around a series of shared values. We are pursuing three major initiatives
as responsible employers:
- using our new structure to be faster and more effective
- social dialogue at all levels throughout the Group
- skills development, and occupational health and safety.
Promotional diversity in our business is also a major focus for us.
