I'm great at Facebook but know nothing of Twitter, can I become a social media champion anyway?
Yes you can! You don't need to know everything about social media to become a social media champion. Nobody knows everything anyway. If a question arises which you can't answer you are welcome to call on another champion who will be more than willing to help you. Mutual help is part of the mission of social media champions.

Social media champions can be found at http://orange.com/champions. The list is made available to all internally and you are entitled to circulate it without prior approval.

who can support social media champions?
The group social media team is here to help you and facilitate the network of social media champions. We provide support and guidance and are at your disposal.

how can I join this network of social media champions?
You can join the network by applying through the following form (internal use only). After submission, you will be put in touch with the group social media team prior to being admitted within the network.

how will people know that I am a social media champion?
Upon admission, you will be sent a certificate stating officially that you are social media champion. This certificate will have to be displayed above your cubicle in order to share the information that you are a social media champion and to indicate that people in the workplace can come to you for guidance, help or just answering a few questions. For those who are social media champions and are working remotely, their name and contact details will be stated in the list of social media champions. The list is made available at http://orange.com/smg/champions.

I have been granted social media champion status, can I recommend someone else too?
Yes you can! Just contact the group social media team to that end.

I am a social media champion, do I have to write my own social media guidelines?
It is not necessary that you write your own social media guidelines. The group social media team has already merged a great deal of existing guidelines. Circulating more disjointed guidelines would become confusing. Please refer all staff to the official group social media guidelines at http://orange.com/smg
