Orange Business: a new ambition for business services

Orange Business is the Group’s entity dedicated to companies. Its mission is to help customers accelerate their digital transformation, from networks to the cloud and service platforms, to unlock their innovation potential and support their economic growth in a responsible and sustainable way.

Announced on 16 February 2023 as part of the Group’s new strategic plan, Orange Business expressed is ambitions for 2030, aiming to become the European leader in integrating and managing networks and digital services within five years, by drawing on its expertise in security, connectivity, and cloud solutions.

Orange Business supports its partners throughout their value chain – from service design to delivery – while guaranteeing a sustainable approach for customers and employees.

In line with the Group’s commitments, Orange Business will continue to reduce the environmental impact of its activities, support digital sovereignty, promote the ethical use of data, and create value. This is how it will ensure that digital technology always has a positive impact for its customers, employees, and society as a whole.

Transformation and growth: four strategic areas

To achieve this ambition, Orange Business will leverage its experience and recognized expertise to radically transition towards the world of virtualization, integration, cloud, software, and data.

Orange Business is refocusing its portfolio to be clearer and sharper on the B2B market. This includes aligning the portfolio around four strategic value propositions to support our customers’ transformation. Orange Business is also developing a secure, digital infrastructure – Evolution Platform – and focusing on three major business priorities:

•    Operational experience
Each strategic value proposition is powered by data, differentiated by trust, and delivered as part of a sustainable development approach.

2. As the future will be hyper-connected, Orange Business is transforming its core activities. As a global leader in next-generation connectivity, it is strengthening its investments in secure virtualized networks (SD-WAN, SASE, 5G) and developing a modular service platform with the Orange Group and Orange Cyberdefense to implement an ambitious program of digitalization and automation.

3. As the future will be increasingly digital, Orange Business will continue its strong growth in digital services, accelerating its integration capabilities in cloud, data, and digital services in France and Europe.

4. Orange Business is simplifying its organization and transforming its operating model to reduce costs and speed up processes while remaining an agile partner for businesses.

Renaming our B2B entity to Orange Business helps the Group to assert its ambition to simplify operations and build closer relationships with customers.
