The circular economy : a priority for Orange
In the run-up to the COP 22 UN Climate Conference in Marrakech, from 7 to 18 November, Orange is organising a dialogue with stakeholders on the circular economy. Last year at COP 21, Orange made this concept a priority, pledging to include it in company practices by 2020. The idea is to break away from the linear scheme of “producing – consuming – throwing out”.
On Thursday, 10 November from 1 to 2 p.m. (Paris time), Orange will host a video debate, initiated and orchestrated by the CSR teams, Participants will include Christine Albanel, our Senior Executive VP for CSR, Diversity, Partnership and Solidarity, Brigitte Dumont, our Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Philippe Tuzzolino, our Vice President Environment, as well as representatives of other industry leaders such as Jean-Philippe Hermine, Renault’s Head of Strategy and Environment, and international experts such as Casper Jorna, Manager of the EC 100 Project at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
