And the winners of OSVP 2023 are...

The five winning start-ups of the 13th Orange Social Venture Prize (POESAM) were unveiled on 18 October 2023 at the Mobile World Congress Africa, which took place from 17 to 19 October 2023 in Kigali, Rwanda.
The award ceremony was hosted by Élizabeth Tchoungui, Executive Vice President, CSR, Diversity and Philanthropy for the Orange Group and Jérôme Hénique, CEO of Orange Middle East and Africa.
The winners received funding from €10,000 to €25,000 as well as ongoing business support to develop their ICT solutions, which all promote a positive social and environmental impact.

International Women’s Prize:

Winner: Bionic Soul - Tunisia
Promoter: Nada GHAMMEM

Reward: €20,000 

Bionic soul manufactures and markets bionic, smart, custom-made prostheses at affordable prices for amputees.

Jury’s Choice Award:

Awarded exceptionally this year and for the second time in 12 editions:
Jury’s Choice Award: Services for Aged - Cameroon
Promoter: Olivia KAMG

Reward: €10,000  

Services for Aged provides health, hygiene, and care services for elderly people at home in rural areas.

International Grand Prix:

Reward: €20,000  

Adinkra specializes in African children’s e-books with characters conveying local cultures and telling the story of Africa.
