Valérie Beaulieu

Valerie Beaulieu was born in 1967 and has been – since November 2020 – Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, member of the Executive Committee of the Swiss company Adecco Group based in Zurich and a worldwide leader for HR solutions. She is also President for Pontoon – a subsidiary of the Adecco Group, specialized in MSP and RPO solutions.

Before joining the Adecco Group, Valerie Beaulieu spent over 30 years in the Tech industry in Europe, in the United States of America and in Asia. She was the Marketing Director for ECS, a subsidiary of Société Générale, specialized in IT mainframe leasing from 1991 till 1996. As a member of the Executive Committee, she played a strategic role in the merger of ECS and Agena which became the European leader for Professional IT distribution and services in 1995. She then joined Microsoft where – for more than 20 years – she’d first led the marketing in Europe, before managing sales for small & medium businesses and partners before becoming - in 2012 - the Chief Operating Officer of the Advertising division in the USA. In that role, she’d been responsible for all operations and was a critical artisan of the partnerships with Yahoo and AOL. After 7 years in the Consumer division of Microsoft, she transferred to Singapore as the General Manager for APAC Small & Medium and Partner business. She then moved back to Seattle as the General Manager for marketing of Microsoft subsidiary in the USA, representing 50% of the worldwide business of the group.

Since January 2015, Valerie Beaulieu is a French Foreign Trade Advisor, today member of the executive board in Switzerland after several years as a vice president in charge of innovation and a Tech advisor in Seattle and Singapore. She’d been an Independent Director of the board of ISS A/S – a Danish company and worldwide leader in Facility Management -  and a member of the Audit Committee until 2022. Valerie Beaulieu has a Master of English from University of Haute-Bretagne in France, an International Commerce degree and is certified in Business Leadership by the London Business School. She is a French national.
