Orange Content was launched in 2017, reaffirming the Group’s ambition and strategy first implemented in 2008. We aim to offer our customers a unique digital entertainment experience, which is diverse, rich and available at all times, whether at home or on the move and via all of our networks and platforms: TV, PC, mobile and tablet.
Very high-speed connectivity has enabled customers to access a host of new entertainment services. For more than a decade, we’ve been investing in a diverse catalogue of top quality audiovisual and cultural content.
Orange Content leads our overall strategy and relies on developing partnerships with rights holders and service providers. In our role as an aggregator and distributor, and thanks to our powerful networks, we help our customers enjoy their favourite content across all their screens.
Orange Content brings together several resources and assets dedicated to the following activities:
Orange Studio, a subsidiary focused on coproducing films and acquiring titles.
OCS, the premium service for fans of films and series, available via linear broadcasting or on demand.
Orange Prestations TV, our broadcasting platform.
Orange Content also looks after other content activities (including games, music, culture, infotainment and virtual reality) and is responsible for acquisitions on behalf of the entire Group. It negotiates the programming for all Orange services (OCS, VoD eservices) and multi-territory SVoD and TV services for third parties.
Orange Content aims to be the reference point for content for the Orange Group as a whole.
Already established in 26 countries, the division helps our international subsidiaries develop their own content offer to enrich our customers’ entertainment experience around the world.
