Vote on our resolutions remotely, grant powers to the Chairman or grant proxy to another person. You can now do it online by connecting to VOTACCESS, a secure e-voting platform which you can access directly from your online account.
What is VOTACCESS?
VOTACCESS is available to all Orange shareholders (before the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting). This is a secure e-voting platform which you can access directly from your online securities account. This online services supports remote e-voting for resolutions, granting proxy to the Chairman or another nominated person, or revoking a proxy that was previously granted.

When can I vote?
The website will be open from the morning of 30 April 2024 until 3:00 pm on 21 May 2024 (Paris time).
Can I use VOTACCESS?
VOTACCESS is open to shareholder whith a bank account that grants access to the VOTACCESS system.
How can I log in to the voting website?
Direct registered shareholders
You can access VOTACCESS through the PLANETSHARES (BNP Paribas Securities Services website) by using your personal online account and your usual login details.
Administrated registred shareholders
You can access to VOTACCESS throught PLANETSHARES with the log in details on your personalized ballot paper.
Bearer shareholders
You can access to VOTACCESS directly from your personal online account if your bank has already joined the VOTACCESS system.
