Frank and open discussions
with all stakeholders
Listening also guides our actions. We learn and improve through constant engagement with our stakeholders. This means offering spaces for discussion and debate with employees, customers, suppliers, NGOs, and public authorities. We aim to understand their expectations, anticipate emerging issues, and identify potential risks. We actively participate in global dialogue platforms, including the Global Network Initiative (GNI) on human rights and the Joint Audit Cooperation (JAC) for responsible sourcing. We also contribute to collective thinking through think tanks and collaborative workshops. Whenever possible, we integrate these insights into our strategy to address current societal challenges, from data protection and privacy to digital inclusion and responsible innovation.
Dialogue is more than a tool. It is a way to build more open and creative relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and partners.

I firmly believe that Orange, driven by its purpose, has a responsibility to the creation of a digital world that is responsible, green, inclusive, and safe-by-design.
