Digital education,
tools to build the future

Through our 1,700 Digital Schools in Africa and the Middle East and our 300 Solidarity FabLabs for young people, we provide essential digital skills to more than 750,000 individuals.
Our philanthropy goes beyond technical training. Through our partners, we support projects that promote learning through collective action, where everyone can develop creativity, confidence, and teamwork. For young people at risk of dropping out, these alternative methods are often the key to discovering their talents and taking control of their personal and professional paths.

Culture for all,
opening minds and discovering potential

We focus especially on music and voice, supporting 143 youth choirs and 40 festivals in France and internationally in 2023 and 2024. Through these programs, young people can express their talents, build confidence, and flourish. Music becomes more than an art form. It becomes a universal language that brings people together, allowing everyone to find their voice and their place in the world.

Autism,
valuing every difference as a strength

Since 1991, we have been pioneers in supporting people with autism. Our guiding belief is that difference is not an obstacle but a strength to be celebrated. In France and Africa, we have supported over 3,000 projects, equipped 550 specialized institutions, and provided 6,500 tablets or interactive boards. Every year, more than 3,500 people with autism find in our supported projects spaces where their uniqueness is understood and respected, where they can gain independence, fully express their potential, and build a future.

I had a lot of trouble entering the workforce, it stressed me out so much. Working at the Joyeux café-restaurant helped me regain confidence and prove to myself that I was capable.

An international
presence grounded in local support

Our strength lies in being active in 25 countries while staying closely connected to local communities. We work hand in hand with Orange teams and local partners to ensure each project truly meets the needs of the people and places we serve. This local presence allows us to develop sustainable solutions alongside the communities benefiting from them while respecting cultural and social specificities. Orange employees play a central role in our work. Volunteer programs supporting people with autism and the Orange Solidarity initiative let staff contribute their skills to projects in the countries where the Group operates.
